Licensed EU physicians.
Every Peptika prescription is signed by a physician registered with their national medical chamber, operating under Directive 2005/36/EC on cross-border professional qualifications. No template prescriptions. No prescriptions without a real medical review.
Four non-negotiable commitments.
EU-licensed, always
Every physician is registered with the medical chamber of an EU/EEA member state and operates under Directive 2005/36/EC on cross-border professional qualifications. National licence numbers are visible on your patient dashboard before any prescription is issued.
Independent clinical authority
Physicians retain full clinical authority. They can decline any request they consider clinically inappropriate. No protocol is compounded without medical validation. If your file is declined, your products are fully refunded — the €49 consultation fee covers the medical review and is not refunded.
Right of refusal
Our physicians are not paid per prescription. They are paid per consultation. Their incentives are aligned with your safety, not with our top-line. Declining is part of the job.
Continuity of care
If your assigned physician is unavailable, a peer in the network with equivalent credentials reviews your file. Follow-up consultations are guaranteed within 72 hours, including over weekends.
Selection & credentialing.
Joining the Peptika network is not automatic. Every physician we work with goes through the same four-step process before being allowed to sign a single prescription.
- 01Verification
Licence & chamber check
Each physician we onboard is verified against the public registry of their national medical chamber. The licence number is recorded and re-checked annually. Anyone struck off or suspended is removed from the network immediately.
- 02Speciality fit
Clinical background
We onboard physicians with primary care, endocrinology, sports medicine or longevity backgrounds — disciplines where individualised, magistral preparations are a natural part of the practice. We do not work with physicians outside these specialities.
- 03Magistral framework
Article 5(1) training
Every physician receives an onboarding briefing on Article 5(1) of Directive 2001/83/EC, the responsibilities of the prescribing physician under magistral law, and the pharmacy-physician interface for compounded preparations.
- 04Audit
Continuous quality review
Each prescription is anonymised, reviewed quarterly by a clinical lead and benchmarked against the network's prescribing patterns. Outliers are discussed. Physicians who consistently prescribe inappropriately are off-boarded.
What your physician actually does.
Once you submit your intake questionnaire and book a slot, your physician opens an encrypted file containing your medical history, your current medications, your clinical objective and any contraindications you flagged.
Full file read
They read every field — not a checkbox heuristic. If something is unclear, they request additional information before any decision.
Prescribe, refer or decline
Three outcomes possible: a prescription with a written quote, a referral to a more appropriate specialist, or a clinically motivated decline (with a full refund).
Asynchronous messaging
After dispatch, you keep a direct channel with your physician in your patient dashboard for follow-up questions, dosage adjustments and renewal reviews.
Your file stays between you and them.
Peptika operations and patient-support staff can see what is strictly necessary to coordinate the consultation and the shipment. Clinical content — your medical history, the physician notes, the prescription rationale — is accessible only to your physician and to the Qualified Person of the dispensing pharmacy for batch traceability. Audit-logged, GDPR-bound, EU-hosted.
We're onboarding new physicians.
We work with EU-licensed physicians interested in legal, evidence-led peptide therapy. We handle compliance, scheduling, video consultation infrastructure and the magistral pharmacy network. You retain full clinical authority. Compensation is on a per-consultation basis — never on prescription volume.
