Cookie policy.

Last updated · 2026-05-16In force · Version 1.0
This policy explains how Peptika uses cookies and similar technologies on peptika.com, in compliance with the ePrivacy directive and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1 — What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by the website you visit. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixel tags. For brevity, this policy refers to all of them as "cookies".

2 — Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to operate (authentication, session, security). They are placed without consent.
  • Functional cookies — remember preferences (language, dark mode). Placed only after consent.
  • Analytics cookies — measure aggregate use of the site (PostHog, GA4). Placed only after consent.
  • Marketing cookies — measure the effectiveness of our ads on partner platforms. Placed only after consent.

3 — Consent & withdrawal

On your first visit, a cookie banner offers a granular choice between cookie categories. You can change your choices at any time by clicking Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out previously.

4 — Lifetimes

Session cookies are erased when you close your browser. Persistent cookies have a maximum lifetime of 13 months. Analytics identifiers are pseudonymised before storage.

5 — Third parties

We may rely on the following processors who set their own cookies: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (authentication and storage), PostHog (product analytics), Google Analytics 4 (web analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), Paynova (payment iframe). Each processor is bound by a Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 GDPR.
