Terms of service.

Last updated · 2026-05-16In force · Version 1.0
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Peptika platform operated by Phoenix Cluster B.V., a private limited company (besloten vennootschap) registered in Haarlem, the Netherlands (KVK 95875182). By creating an account or booking a consultation, you accept these Terms.

1 — The service

Peptika operates a telemedicine platform that connects EU/EEA patients with EU-licensed physicians for the prescription of magistral peptide preparations under Article 5(1) of Directive 2001/83/EC. The platform also facilitates the compounding, quality-controlled release and cold-chain shipping of these preparations through partner pharmacies operating under Manufacturing Authorisations issued by their national authorities.

2 — Eligibility

To use Peptika you must be: (a) at least 18 years old; (b) a resident of an EU/EEA member state at the time of consultation and delivery; (c) acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any other person; (d) not subject to a medical condition that would contraindicate participation in a peptide therapy as assessed by a physician.

3 — The medical consultation

The consultation is an independent clinical service performed by an EU-licensed physician. The physician retains full clinical authority, including the right to:

  • decline any prescription request;
  • request additional clinical information or testing;
  • recommend an alternative protocol or refer you to another specialist;
  • terminate the therapeutic relationship at any time if continued care is judged inappropriate.

4 — Fees, billing and refunds

The €49 consultation fee is billed at the time of booking. It covers the physician's medical review and is not refundable, including where the physician declines a clinical indication. Product charges are taken at checkout, priced from our catalogue; if the physician reduces or declines items, the corresponding amount is refunded, and if they recommend more, your confirmation is requested before any additional charge. Compounded preparations, once dispatched, cannot be returned to stock and are not refundable except in case of a verified quality defect.

5 — Subscriptions and renewals

Recurring protocols are billed on the cadence agreed with your physician (monthly, quarterly, etc.). No renewal is compounded before written confirmation. You may cancel at any time via your patient dashboard or by contacting patient support; cancellation takes effect immediately.

6 — Account integrity

You are responsible for the accuracy of the medical information you provide. Providing false or incomplete information may compromise your safety and is grounds for immediate termination of your account. You must not share your account with another person; each prescription is patient-named.

7 — Liability

Peptika facilitates the technical operation of the platform but does not provide the medical service itself. Clinical responsibility rests with the prescribing physician. Manufacturing responsibility rests with the compounding pharmacy. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peptika's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you have paid in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8 — Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
