4 — Medical responsibility
Clinical responsibility rests with the prescribing physician. Each physician is licensed and registered with a national medical chamber of an EU/EEA member state, operating under Directive 2005/36/EC on the recognition of professional qualifications.
5 — Pharmaceutical responsibility
Manufacturing and batch release of magistral preparations is performed by partner compounding pharmacies holding national Manufacturing Authorisations under Directive 2001/83/EC. A Qualified Person under Articles 48 and 51 of the Directive is personally accountable for batch release.
6 — Dispute resolution
Under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 we are required to inform European consumers of the Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not, however, obliged or willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
