About CJC-1295.
CJC-1295 is a modified GHRH analogue with two main variants in clinical use. The NO-DAC version (often called Mod-GRF 1-29) has a half-life similar to native GHRH and is used to mimic the physiological pulsatile pattern. The DAC version is conjugated with a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) molecule that binds albumin, extending the half-life to approximately 8 days.
DAC is convenient (one or two injections per week) but the sustained release creates a continuous 'GH bleed' rather than physiological pulses. Modern practice tends to favour NO-DAC stacked with Ipamorelin to preserve pulsatility — but the trade-off is your physician's call.
Activation of pituitary GHRH receptors increases cAMP and triggers GH release. DAC variant binds circulating albumin via a maleimidopropionyl-amino-acid linker, slowing renal clearance and extending the half-life from minutes to days.
NO-DAC: subcutaneous injection 100–200 mcg, 1–3 times per day, often stacked with Ipamorelin. DAC: subcutaneous injection 1–2 mg once weekly or twice weekly. Always per physician prescription.
Your physician sets the prescription. This is descriptive information, not a self-administration guide.
Lyophilised: store at 2–8 °C, protect from light. Once reconstituted: 2–8 °C, use within 30 days. Do not freeze.
